Extra charge for personalization led to disappointment

I paid extra for personalization, but the wrong initials were engraved on my box. This mistake is permanent and cannot be fixed. The company refuses to replace the box or provide fair compensation, only offering a 10% discount on a future purchase. It's a very disappointing experience for a premium brand.
