The worst company in the universe. They took my Dyson V15 vacuum for a repair, specifically instructing me to send the original parts not the replacements which I complied with, I had to wait 10 days for collection as they couldn’t find a slot any earlier, but then another three weeks past on top they still haven’t repaired it, now they are telling me that they arranged a collection in three weeks ahead for a different part which means by the time they repair and send it back, bringing it to two months. I told them I have a child with severe allergy, the horrendous Dyson Customer Service hung up on me, another time the agent wouldn’t end the call telling me that he doesn’t want me to leave him a negative feedback, each Customer Service gives different info different instructions, contradicting one another, but no one knows what they’re doing, no respect for customers, does any one train them as they are so out of control so unprofessional. I made a complaint to do operational team and the result is worse, because they are not replying to my emails, they not calling me back, and they are still keeping my machine, they are not repairing it, they are not sending it back, this is illegal, this is is theft, it is unprofessional. See less

Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

We have been loyal customers for a while (with various products) and I recently purchased a new item. Unfortunately, it was the first time a product didn’t function properly. The lack of effective customer support has been quite revealing and extremely frustrating. The chat feature simply stopped responding, forcing me to start over, and the hotline was never available with less than a 60-minute wait after numerous attempts—they seem unwilling to engage. I reached out to a local store for assistance with a return, but they were unable to help as well. I returned the item and now I’m waiting for my refund, but once again, there has been no response or communication. We will not be buying from this company again anytime soon.

Personalization error and poor customer service

I paid extra for personalization, but the company engraved the incorrect initials on my box. This mistake is irreversible and cannot be fixed. The support team refuses to replace the box or provide adequate compensation, offering only a 10% discount on a future purchase. This has been a very disappointing experience for a brand that is supposed to be premium.

Disappointing experience with the seller

I had a disappointing experience with this seller. I placed my order on 28.11.2025 and have yet to receive my package. Thankfully, I used a payment service that allowed me to report the issue and stop the payment. In the meantime, I purchased a vacuum cleaner from another source and am happy with my decision. I cannot recommend this seller.

Extra charge for personalization led to disappointment

I paid extra for personalization, but the wrong initials were engraved on my box. This mistake is permanent and cannot be fixed. The company refuses to replace the box or provide fair compensation, only offering a 10% discount on a future purchase. It's a very disappointing experience for a premium brand.

Unfortunate experience with support team

I attempted to book a service for my vacuum cleaner today. I had to explain my issue multiple times to several different agents. It's either their system or work ethic that seems completely broken. It's unfortunate that such a reputable company has to deal with such poor customer service.

Frustrating delay in delivery

I ordered my vacuum on 30.11, and it's now 21.12 with no sign of it. It took a week for the company to send it out, which I understand due to Black Friday, but the delivery service has been terrible. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service, which has been unhelpful. The supervisor promised updates, but none have come. I’m still waiting for my package, and I plan to leave a detailed review once it finally arrives. I wouldn’t recommend the delivery service.

Lack of accountability for defective parts

I purchased my device 10 months ago, and after 6 months, one of the brushes became unusable. I've been waiting for a replacement part to be in stock. Today, I was informed they could only send a different color, but then I learned that the part is no longer available in any color. It’s frustrating that a product still being sold has such a lack of support for defective parts. The products themselves are great, but it feels like the warranty is not honored properly.
