I ordered my vacuum on 30.11, and it's now 21.12 with no sign of it. It took a week for the company to send it out, which I understand due to Black Friday, but the delivery service has been terrible. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service, which has been unhelpful. The supervisor promised updates, but none have come. I’m still waiting for my package, and I plan to leave a detailed review once it finally arrives. I wouldn’t recommend the delivery service.
