I purchased my device 10 months ago, and after 6 months, one of the brushes became unusable. I've been waiting for a replacement part to be in stock. Today, I was informed they could only send a different color, but then I learned that the part is no longer available in any color. It’s frustrating that a product still being sold has such a lack of support for defective parts. The products themselves are great, but it feels like the warranty is not honored properly.
