I have been trying to buy a Dyson product directly in the original Dyson webshop. I choose the product, paid it fully ( I do have the money) and received an e-mail that confirmed my purchase by telling me my order number. More than half an hour later Dyson tells me that "due to a technical problem my order has not be completed and I have to accomplish the order once again". Although I already received the confirmation of my order, they claim that something went wrong. I've been trying to reach the support, which is not there on a saturday evening. The chat bot is not capable of handling my problem. So - I might have been spending 550 Euros or not for something that has been ordered or not.Congratulations! I'm fed up with such a webshop. I will have to contact PayPal. Hopefully my money is not gone!Update:Despite of the email I received that told me that something went wrong due to technical issues, an email that confirmed the delivery showed up in my inbox.Indeed! I'm holding the box in my hands.Everything went fine. BUT! - you should check your Webshop especially the transaction system. There seems to be a glitch. I'm a lucky devil.
