Personalization error and poor customer service

I paid extra for personalization, but the company engraved the incorrect initials on my box. This mistake is irreversible and cannot be fixed. The support team refuses to replace the box or provide adequate compensation, offering only a 10% discount on a future purchase. This has been a very disappointing experience for a brand that is supposed to be premium.
