The worst company in the universe. They took my Dyson V15 vacuum for a repair, specifically instructing me to send the original parts not the replacements which I complied with, I had to wait 10 days for collection as they couldn’t find a slot any earlier, but then another three weeks past on top they still haven’t repaired it, now they are telling me that they arranged a collection in three weeks ahead for a different part which means by the time they repair and send it back, bringing it to two months. I told them I have a child with severe allergy, the horrendous Dyson Customer Service hung up on me, another time the agent wouldn’t end the call telling me that he doesn’t want me to leave him a negative feedback, each Customer Service gives different info different instructions, contradicting one another, but no one knows what they’re doing, no respect for customers, does any one train them as they are so out of control so unprofessional. I made a complaint to do operational team and the result is worse, because they are not replying to my emails, they not calling me back, and they are still keeping my machine, they are not repairing it, they are not sending it back, this is illegal, this is is theft, it is unprofessional.
