I am genuinely thankful to the representative who assisted me via FaceTime in replacing the head of my 8-year-old device. The head broke unexpectedly, and I was unsure where to seek repairs. I reached out to the support line and was fortunate to connect with this helpful representative. They explained the collection and repair process, reasonably priced at €89. I mentioned I had a new head that was mistakenly included with an old filter order. The representative assured me that I wouldn’t need to send the device away, as they could guide me to remove the broken head and install the new one once I confirmed I had the correct part. Despite my limited mobility and hand disability, the representative was reassuring and confident I could handle it myself. I am thrilled to have my device working again without the hassle of sending it for repairs and waiting for its return. A huge thank you to the representative for their courtesy and patience, and full praise to the company for providing an outstanding customer experience.
