I ordered airstrait from Dyson in cork, but because of some address issue it never reached me. I contacted them for a refund and they swiftly processed it for me in less than 5 days. After reading all bad prior reviews here I was very scared about my refund but they were very supportive with mine and prioritised it through and through
Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought my daughter a Bluetooth enabled air wrap for Christmas. It never worked. Logged a call on 30th of December, promised call back after call back, my most recent call was today, 07/02 Personally made 10 calls to them before they offered to take it back to repair. I don't want a repair I want a new unit as it never worked. I have no choice, either be left with a useless product or accent a repair. Abysmal customer service. Would never buy from Dyson again.
Avoid purchasing this vacuum! The battery life is terrible (currently only lasts 30 seconds), and replacement parts are costly. Given the price, it's simply not worth it. This is our third version of the same model (only because it's convenient when it functions). There won't be a fourth. Take note of our mistakes!

I placed a Black Friday order for a pre-order item at a significant discount and received an order confirmation. However, my payment was reverted without any notification, and after contacting support, I was informed that the order was canceled due to lack of stock. This defeats the purpose of a pre-order!

Each time, they said they could send a replacement filter, but since it was out of stock, I would have to wait. They really shouldn’t offer replacements for parts that aren’t available, especially since I had checked months before contacting them. They were unwilling to replace the product itself, and when I inquired about the delay in restocking filters, I received vague responses that didn’t answer my question. Their support felt scripted and unhelpful.

Be cautious about buying directly from the company. This is not a product review but a warning regarding their returns process, which took me months to obtain a refund. Each time, I was told it would be resolved in 5 days, but after that timeframe, the cycle would restart with no resolution. It became frustrating, and after about 2 months, I initiated a chargeback with my bank, which was sorted in about 2 weeks. If I had continued dealing with the company, I doubt I would have received a refund. My advice is to purchase from a retailer instead for a better returns experience.
I was quite taken aback when I researched the company's reputation. I see many individuals expressing dissatisfaction with the product, and I completely understand why. My first wired vacuum wouldn't even stand upright on long-pile carpets; it fell over immediately. After years, we decided to invest in another wired model, and while it does stand, it's extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver upstairs. I'm not surprised the handle has now broken away. They are expensive but plagued with minor issues, and honestly, they don’t perform any better than other premium vacuums that cost much less. This will be the last product from this brand for us.
