Absolutely shocking customer service. Bought my daughter a Bluetooth enabled air wrap for Christmas. It never worked. Logged a call on 30th of December, promised call back after call back, my most recent call was today, 07/02 Personally made 10 calls to them before they offered to take it back to repair. I don't want a repair I want a new unit as it never worked. I have no choice, either be left with a useless product or accent a repair. Abysmal customer service. Would never buy from Dyson again.
