On the Polish site, they've wrongly translated the field "Address" to "Ulica", which in Polish means only street, not street + building number. So I haven't noticed that I haven't provided the number. Yup, it shows my level of intelligence, but hey, let's use their customer support to adjust the delivery address... After spending 2h in the queue on this stupid chatbot I was provided with a generic message from bot and the conversation has been closed.Several hours later I received an email, that they generated the delivery label, of course without the requested building number. So now who knows how UPS (which has to deliver it, even though in Dyson's confirmation email they pointed out DHL as a deliverer) will handle the topic?But hey, someone read my chatbot messages after all, because following the wrongly created delivery label I received device registration confirmation, with the proper address ...Great e-commerce, it's a perfect example of why the customers should buy stuff from official websites...
