I sent my air purifier for repair. At the day they received my item they said repair is not possible and they will send it back. My refun was processed but I am waiting for my item to be returned ever since 10th of November. Everytime I call customer service they just say sorry we will call back and nothing happens. They keep saying they escalated the case but that is it nothing is ever made or no solution or help really offered. When we ask for replacement or even a contact number or to talk to someone who can actually capable of helping the answer is always no. This is getting so annoying. They basically have been stalling me for more than 3 months just to send back a product and lost my 600 euro device!

I purchased my Dyson machine in 2022. Towards the end of 2024, it began experiencing repeated airflow channel blockages. I sent it for repair, and the issue was resolved at that time.Just over a year later, the exact same problem has returned. I am now being asked to pay a repair fee that is even higher than the previous one. Customer agents said that only one solution to pay this money.This raises a serious concern: should I expect to pay for the same repair every year? This feels less like a repair solution and more like an ongoing maintenance fee, which is not acceptable for a premium product.Given the recurring nature of this defect, I believe the product does not meet reasonable durability expectations.
2 years ago (December 2023) I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner Dyson V8™ Absolute.I only use turbo mode for house cleaning, because the performance of the normal mode is very poor.As if by magic - exactly after 2 years, the turbo mode no longer works. In practice, the vacuum cleaner now does its job only symbolically. I can give its operating power 1.5 stars out of 5.I definitely do not recommend anyone to buy a vacuum cleaner from this brand. I do not think that there is any difference with other models, because a similar situation happened to my son, only he had a newer model than me.When I saw how low the rating of Dyson service and including their products is, I could not believe my eyes. It is a pity that I did not look at the reviews before my purchase, but relied on the popularity of this brand. I think I have thrown away money on a very bad purchase. Public condemnation of Dyson.
DO NOT BUY - AFTER SALES SERVICE IS RUBBISH! Bought a V11 in 2023 for around 500 euro. Just after 2 years, issues started arising where it only operated for 5 second blasts and would then turn off. Curiously, this is just after the 2 year warranty period ended + after careful maintenance of the product on my part. I went through the customer service / diagnostic route and was informed i needed to buy a replacement part (main head piece cyclone) for 139 euro. Ok damn, but fine, if it gets it working again. However there was no stock! Solution offered by Dyson = wait. That was more than 6 months ago. Now the vacuum has stopped working completely and the part is still out of stock. Multiple calls to customer service, with no solution offered. 500 euro for a busted vacuum after 2 years i think is a lot, better options out there. Marketing BS.
At first, I was really happy with my Dyson Wash G1. But now a year later it does not collect the dirty water properly anymore and it leaks water. I spoke to Dyson customer service through whatsapp as they were not available through the phone. Essentially I sent in the product for repair. It comes back to me a week later saying they replaced the lid of one of water containers. However, it still looses water and does not collect the dirty water, so essentially it is still broken. So I try again to reach them through the phone and they are not available, even after waiting 15 minutes. So I contact the Whatsapp customer service again which proposes me another repair. They send me the sending instructions, etc. through email while I am still trying to figure out how to send it as I told them I don't have the box. I also don't think at this point I have to go through the whole effort again to send it to them after they messed up the repair in the first place. I had also mistakenly sent my charger with the first repair and did not receive it back. Although I know that I should not have sent it now, they say that it is my mistake and they cannot help me. I wish their repair team was more on point.Lastly, the customer service agent just disconnected me even though I still had questions. If you buy a dyson in the future - don't count on their Customer service
Tried to get a replacement part but Dutch customer service on WhatsApp (probably indian through a translator program) was acting quite dumb. When I didn't respond for 2 minutes they ended the chat after taking 20 minutes of my time and not even being able to identify the replacement part I was looking for. Note, I had sent clear photo's of the broken part, proof of purchase and serial numbers at that point. Horrible experience, will buy third-party part online in 3 minutes next time.
service is horrible!!!! i have a large (1000 euro) airfilter (Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde). it makes strange irritating noises so i contacted dyson support. after much hassle and typing in my address many many times they want met to return the (enormous) machine but are not willing to send me box to put it in and not willing to send me a second label so i can put it in 2 boxes. they just want me to find a box of 60x60x120cm...
Extremely poor after-sales serviceDyson received my device for repair on 22 October 2025. According to their website, repairs should be completed within 21 working days. It is now January 2026 and I have still not received my device or any update.I contacted Dyson customer service at least five times via live chat and WhatsApp. Each time I was told that an update would be sent by email. Despite these repeated promises, no email or timeline was ever provided.This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable for a premium brand. Very disappointing experience.
To begin with the vacuum has the power of a 50 euros vacuum I had before, which was also much lower maintenance. The dyson needs constant cleaning on several parts as it can not handle hair or much dust -to note that i got the fluffy version so it can particularly handle hair from my cat-. The only benefit of it is that it's wireless, which is not very groundbreaking anymore. It's also quite heavy on the hand.In addition their customer support is all over the place. So after one year the cyclon broke down (the main part of the vaccum). First they order the part and say that I will have it in 1 or 2 days. 10 days passed the part is out of stock. After a lot of back and forth now I have a repair which takes 8 days just to get processed!!!! All in all do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY A DYSON! It's a waste of money!!!
