They don’t keep promised next day delivery and also refuse to cancel the order and give a refund even though order has not been shipped.I made an order and it was promissed to be delivered next day, which is fine because i need the product as a gift two days later.I got an email on the day of the delivery stating that order will be delayed, so i called them and asked if they can cancel my order and issue a refund so i can buy something else. Their answer: Even though order is jet not packed and shipped we will not issue a refund. You can receive the order and then return it.So they don’t deliver and freeze 500 euro of your money. I don’t recommend to buy here.
