Malfunctioning product right after purchase

I purchased a new vacuum cleaner a month ago. Just three days after buying it, the product malfunctioned. I immediately contacted customer care, but the only option was to send it for repairs abroad. No replacement for a 900€ product whatsoever. Now, trying to reach the support line is impossible.
