Frustrating invoice experience

I purchased a vacuum cleaner for my business a month ago and paid with a company card. I had to reach out to the support team three times just to obtain the invoice. When it finally arrived, it lacked my company’s tax ID. Customer service informed me they could not correct the invoice, then stated the issue was 'escalated' and I would receive a response in five more days — the same reply I initially received. For a brand of this stature, the customer service is highly unreliable and frustrating.

Untrustworthy customer support and billing problems

Malfunctioning product right after purchase

The worst support experience

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. All they do is say they escalated the issue and that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours, but no one ever does. This support fails to assist, especially for such expensive products. I simply needed to exchange a faulty item for a new one, and over a month later, I still have nothing. The courier they use is a scam.

An utter disgrace.

This situation is utterly disgraceful. It's disrespectful for such a high-priced brand to rely on messaging apps for customer communication. After enduring the endless messaging ordeal and finally scheduling a pickup for faulty equipment—taking time off work—no one showed up. No calls, no apologies, no rescheduling attempts. I refuse to go through this messaging nightmare again. After this experience, I will never buy from this overpriced brand again. They treat their customers poorly.

A nightmare with customer service

I want to warn anyone trying to keep their sanity—stay away from this company. My product broke in May and is under warranty. They promised a replacement but first had to pick up the faulty one. For three MONTHS, I called weekly to check on the pickup. The customer service is torturous. I was told they'd escalate the issue, but I never received any follow-up. I repeatedly asked to send the machine back myself, but they refused. Finally, in early August, they gave up on the pickup, and I received an email about my replacement. That was early August, and six weeks later, still no product. They wouldn't provide tracking information, just more promises to escalate the issue. It's now September 18th, and I still have nothing. I can't believe this company is still in operation.

Absolutely ineffective. Contacting them was a total waste of time. They failed to resolve the issue with a product, and I managed to fix it myself. This is a disgrace for a premium brand.

Paid for nothing, no delivery or refund

I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. Like many others, I paid in full and waited over two weeks with no delivery and no refund. Support offered only generic responses that felt automated—completely useless. This has been a frustrating experience with no delivery, no refund, and poor communication. I will not order from here again and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Disappointment with service

I am very disappointed with the service. We paid for a vacuum cleaner last Friday. Their website stated delivery should take 24 to 72 hours. However, when I contacted support, I was informed it actually takes 3 to 5 working days (which was not mentioned on the site). Today is the sixth day, and the order still hasn't arrived. There have been no updates in a week, and tracking information hasn't changed. Customer support is only available through messaging, which feels very unprofessional for a company of this size. The replies are mostly generic, lacking real assistance. We chose this brand for its reputation, but the reality has been the opposite. Bottom line: money taken, no product, no updates, and no real support. This is unacceptable.
