This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. All they do is say they escalated the issue and that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours, but no one ever does. This support fails to assist, especially for such expensive products. I simply needed to exchange a faulty item for a new one, and over a month later, I still have nothing. The courier they use is a scam.
