I want to warn anyone trying to keep their sanity—stay away from this company. My product broke in May and is under warranty. They promised a replacement but first had to pick up the faulty one. For three MONTHS, I called weekly to check on the pickup. The customer service is torturous. I was told they'd escalate the issue, but I never received any follow-up. I repeatedly asked to send the machine back myself, but they refused. Finally, in early August, they gave up on the pickup, and I received an email about my replacement. That was early August, and six weeks later, still no product. They wouldn't provide tracking information, just more promises to escalate the issue. It's now September 18th, and I still have nothing. I can't believe this company is still in operation.
