Very disappointed with my experience with dyson pt customer service.I placed an order during black friday to take advantage of their offer and unfortunately the vacuum cleaner was never delivered. I've tried to contact dyson and the carrier several times but they haven't got in touch despite my numerous requests. As a result, the vacuum cleaner has gone back to dyson and I have heard nothing despite my numerous reminders.
