Frustrating invoice experience

I purchased a vacuum cleaner for my business a month ago and paid with a company card. I had to reach out to the support team three times just to obtain the invoice. When it finally arrived, it lacked my company’s tax ID. Customer service informed me they could not correct the invoice, then stated the issue was 'escalated' and I would receive a response in five more days — the same reply I initially received. For a brand of this stature, the customer service is highly unreliable and frustrating.
