Ordered a lot of spares for my Dyson cleaner a month ago. Delivery was estimated at 3 - 5 working days. Called Dyson customer services after a few days as website showed no despatch. I was told they would arrange despatch straight away and receive in 1-2 days. A week after ordering the material and no delivery, I called CS again to request a refund as I was about to take an extended holiday and would not be able to take a late delivery. I was promised a call back or email each time I called CS. These never happened. I have just called Dyson for the 6th time (after the last person I had just called, ended the call while I was on hold), requesting escalation, or to talk to a manager... They cannot do that, 'you will get a call back'. But this never happens. This has to be the WORST customer services I have ever encountered. I work in customer services myself - for almost 40 years and I would never ever treat my customers like this.
