ordered my Dyson on the 1st of December with the promise of next-day delivery, and today is the 4th, yet my parcel is still showing “at pickup point” on the tracking. I’ve been calling customer service and using the digital assistant for the past two days, and all they tell me is to “wait 24–48 hours.” Nothing has changed at all. I’ve clearly informed them that I have a flight soon, but no one seems to care. This is extremely disappointing. For such an expensive brand, I did not expect such a cheap and unreliable delivery service.
