After trying to get Dyson to respond and collect my Dyson for a refund I’m left feeling very upset by the dreadful customer service. For three weeks I’ve been battling with Dyson, they said they would send a courier which never arrived, after they eventually responded to me they promised by emailed and phone another courier was coming to collect, again no courier. After lots more calls and emails they promised a postage label so I could drop at collection point. After waiting days to receive it, Dyson then told me they couldn’t help me anymore and I should take it back to the shop I brought it from. I had already proven with photos of receipt and the product I bought direct from Dyson!!. They then ignored me. Worst customer service. Will never buy from Dyson again.
