Bough my bike 2 weeks ago with an alleged 5-7 day delivery time. Now, 13 days later, I see no indication that my bike will be delivered any time soon. The first two days went fine according to the tracker. Since then it hasn’t updated in about 9 days. As far as I’m aware it still hasn’t shipped from Poland and there’s no indication of when it will. I contacted customer service 3 days ago and got a response within the day stating they would look into it. Since then I haven’t heard back from them..
