Placed order for parts, a month later, no response to emails, Phone disconnected. Called dealers in their network and those who answered said they've been ghosted as well.... Seems company has disappeared, but still taking peoples money...
My wife purchased a used ebike as a Christmas gift for our daughter. To enhance it a bit, I ordered a lock and rear basket from the seller's website. Unfortunately, I received a front basket instead. I reached out for a resolution, and the support team was very responsive. We exchanged several emails, which led to me receiving a rear basket along with a significant discount on the front one. I can't give them five stars since there was an error, but I am very satisfied with how everything was handled. You don't need to worry about being scammed by this seller; they truly care about customer relations. I would gladly give them an extra half star if possible—4 and a half stars!
Placed order on seat post and saddle for my DYU bicycle in Sep 2025 and have not received my order although the deliver lead time was stated to be 14 to 20 days Received good technical support to place order and even replies after my follow ups with the team but so long time has passed and still no hope for delivery, no tracking number etc. Would not suggest at all buying parts or accessories from DYU. One may even wonder why to buy bicycle if parts and accessories are not readily available.
Really really bad service. i ordre new front and rear braks for my wifes Ebike. i ordre and pay, thy send it, but whit a completely worng name on the package.I don't know the name and you have to show ID to get your package delivered in Sweden. so now I have a package that I have paid for but can't get delivered, I have double checked if it is me who has written a wrong name. but it is not. DYU does not respond to emails or their chat online, really bad service if I could give 0 stars I would!.
After nearly a year of use of the e-bike DYU T1, I've encountered several issues with this e-bike:Too heavy – It's impossible to carry, especially up stairs or into a car.Poor pedal assist – The assisted pedaling doesn’t work properly; you have to rely on the throttle every time you want electric support.Design flaw when folding – A cable gets in the way when folding the bike, and it often gets damaged or caught.Folding mechanism deteriorates – After a few months of use, the two parts of the bike no longer align properly when folded.Terrible after-sales service – Customer support is unhelpful and unresponsive.Do yourself a favor and buy from another brand.
