I reached out for a resolution, and the support team was very responsive. We exchanged several emails, which led to me receiving a rear basket along with a significant discount on the front one. I can't give them five stars since there was an error, but I am very satisfied with how everything was handled. You don't need to worry about being scammed by this seller; they truly care about customer relations. I would gladly give them an extra half star if possible—4 and a half stars!
