Being English I chose eBoekhouden because their support looked better than other leading packages. I was not disappointed. They have been nothing short of amazing. I don't even understand bookkeeping and somehow they manage to explain things to me in a way I can understand so I can get my books done quickly and accurately. I have had a great experience with their online course (in English), video training, online knowledge base, training day and especially over the telephone. No problem is too big or small, and everyone I have spoken to has been so patient, professional, helpful and a delight to speak to. It always brightens my day if I need to call them. Quite incredible for what some see as a rather boring and difficult business function. Thank you so much eBoekhouden, other software companies should come to you to observe best practice in support!
