We explored the service and provided some feedback. While discussing our concerns, the representative became upset and argumentative. If you want non-Dutch users, consider translating the platform to English and heed user feedback for improvement. Despite the conversation, we were interested in the product and received a quote for 50% off, which the company later denied acknowledging. One reason given for the refusal was that the offer was only valid in January, while another claimed it was due to our trial usage, which the representative already knew. After reading other reviews, our experience seems to align with what others have faced. Update: Following our experience, the support team reached out and resolved the issues; they adjusted the pricing, listened to our feedback, and a specialist helped with some remaining challenges.
This program is absolutely terrible! I can't believe it's the highest rated in the country. The longer I use it, the messier my bookkeeping has become, even with professional help. It seems to be getting LESS intuitive. After years of use, I'm finally giving up. I thought it was my fault, but even my bookkeeper is shocked by the poor quality. There are confusing numbers, unblocked options after closing book years, and it seems to be drawing input from some unknown source. Overall, it's HORRIBLE, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's too late for me this year; save yourselves! I will be switching programs as soon as possible.
I intended to use their platform, but it was utterly useless for me. After stopping usage, I continued to receive their annoying marketing emails. I unsubscribed, but the emails keep coming. This company is quite arrogant and bothersome. I've just blocked them.
