Endless administrative issues! Up until now, I’ve had to spend an enormous amount of time emailing back and forth due to repeated invoicing errors. I’ve received at least four invoices with mistakes, all of which had to be canceled—but not without wasting a significant amount of my time.The latest absurdity? I received a reminder for part of an invoice (INV1475362) that they had already canceled nine months ago! This reminder—just under 2€ for the VAT of a canceled invoice—came with hefty administration costs. I emailed them immediately, but received no response. And now, I’ve been sent a final reminder stating they will automatically deduct 40€ via incasso. Absolutely unacceptable.If my charging pole weren’t located in a large residential parking area entirely reliant on e-Flux-ROAD, I would have canceled their service over a year ago. Many residents in our parking facility are facing similar administrative nightmares, and our administration is actively looking to switch providers.Update 1: e-Flux answered pretty quickly here where there is visibility, but no news at all from their support or finance dept. Their answer in TrustPilot will be appreciated once they actually also do something about it. After so many issues. This level of service is appalling.Update 2: 10 days later still nothing from the company. This reaction by e-Flux on Trust Pilot was apparently just for reputation's sake. Basically a fake.Update 3: I received anothe wrong invoice, for last month! With the same issue. VAT where there shouldn't be. I wrote to them immediately and they made a credit note, but not for the VAT! So, once again, they expcet us to pay VAT on nothing. This is really appalling.
