Review Time
My cable is stuck since before the weekend on one of the charging poles and they do absolutely nothing to help out. No financial compensation or thinking how to solve the issue. They happily said im not the only customer with this problem and that they need to ask an external company to disconnect the cable which can take 'several working days'. After I already understood from another of their employees they would escalate it. This leaves me stuck without a way to charge my car for now over 4 days. I told them to find a solution since im not the only customer then. To no avail of course. Employee didnt even listen. Ridiculous, after 3 phone calls they still just make it my problem. Previously also had the app frozen on 'charging starting' when it didnt actually start.

It is amazing how this company's card works on almost every charger, at least, I haven't had one charger where it hasn't worked. The app is a little on the weird side, but it all works! I like that I can see all the chargers, pirces, and the costs of previous charging sessions. Overall it is amazing and works really good
_ lack of any commercial sense or staff which is willing to solve a problem with payments, or re-funds for costs which should not be re-imbursed.Client service and follow up on a low level, front staff excuses themselves towards colleagues.would not recommended them in terms of clientservice.
