Signed up but never used as I couldn't find a charging point in Brugge, it was not explained on the app about the monthly charges and then over charged for the service, this was never used and used a different charging point. When asked to closed the account E-Flux appear to be deaf and ignore you. I have asked to close the account every month when they send the invoice through and they ignore it. Despite numerous emails they ignore you and continue to charge you for the privilege of having the account that you do not want.I would recommend not downloading the app or engaging with them because when there is a problem they will not help you.
