This is the second time I've faced problems with payment methods. When attempting to pay or add a new card, I get an error message and can't proceed. Previously, when I contacted support, the agent suggested creating a new account, which caused me to lose a voucher I had. The issue eventually resolved itself, leaving my old account inactive while I used the new one. Today, I received another voucher for the old account and tried to place an order, but encountered the same errors again. After an hour of troubleshooting, the agent said they would escalate the ticket. This situation is unacceptable, and I fear I'll miss out on using my account and the benefits I've accrued.
