This is the second time I'm facing problems with payment methods. When attempting to pay or add a new card, I receive an error message and cannot proceed. Previously, when I reached out for assistance a few months ago, the representative was unable to help and suggested I create a new account instead. I followed this advice, but it resulted in losing access to a voucher that was available to me. The problem resolved itself eventually, leaving the original account unused while I operated on the new one. Today, I received another voucher for the original account and tried to place an order, but encountered the same errors with no resolution. After an hour of troubleshooting, the agent mentioned they would escalate the issue to the appropriate department. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable, as I may lose the chance to utilize my account and the benefits I've accumulated over time.

Initially, there were no service fees, but they have since introduced one. Recently, they began charging a larger fee for quicker delivery times (25-35 mins vs 35-45 mins), and now standard delivery times have drastically increased without the extra fee.
They were good when they first started, but now the customer service is disappointing. They do not notify you about missing items from your order, and if they issue a refund as a coupon, it can only be used for electronic payments. I only pay with cash!
I ordered from one of their partner restaurants, but two out of three packages arrived in poor condition. When I contacted customer support, I received no clear resolution. The representative closed the chat abruptly, claiming I didn't respond in time, even though I was typing. This treatment feels unprofessional and left my issue unresolved, far below the support level I expected.
The food is always delivered cold. Yesterday, a 30-minute delivery turned into 65 minutes because the delivery person had multiple orders. I didn't even receive my order and ended up going elsewhere. This company has numerous issues; I recommend staying away.
There's no accountability for the mistakes made by their delivery personnel and partner restaurants. They frequently deliver incorrect orders or incomplete ones with missing items. You're left spending precious time with support just to get the right order, with no compensation offered.
