Rang our usual freight service 20th Feb who recommended another crowd as the pick up was outside their operational zone. That mob said for our delivery location we would need to book through e-goAfter a great amount of frustration booking online emailed the labels across to the pick up location. Sender rang a couple of days later as items not collected. There is no phone number for e-go only a message section, rang the crowd that had said to book through them. Given I now had a consignment number and it was already in their system they went to collect it on the 2nd of March!!! Using the tracking it then went to Melbourne multiple times before coming back out and "being in depot" on the 10th. I rang again on the 13th and they said someone would get back to me when it magically appeared a few hours later. The packaging has been through the absolute ringer. Thankfully the goods are unharmed but looks like it's been bouncing around in Raju's van for 3 weeks judging by the state of it
