Unable to contact, package misdirected.

Package send to destination depot, then some numbskull sent it back to the sender. I was left waiting for an time sensitive delivery. No way of contacting E-go by phone, and their email system relies on putting in consignment note number, which returned an error of "number does not exist". Left waiting with no way of contacting them. This should be illegal! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Rang our usual freight service 20th Feb who recommended another crowd as the pick up was outside their operational zone. That mob said for our delivery location we would need to book through e-goAfter a great amount of frustration booking online emailed the labels across to the pick up location. Sender rang a couple of days later as items not collected. There is no phone number for e-go only a message section, rang the crowd that had said to book through them. Given I now had a consignment number and it was already in their system they went to collect it on the 2nd of March!!! Using the tracking it then went to Melbourne multiple times before coming back out and "being in depot" on the 10th. I rang again on the 13th and they said someone would get back to me when it magically appeared a few hours later. The packaging has been through the absolute ringer. Thankfully the goods are unharmed but looks like it's been bouncing around in Raju's van for 3 weeks judging by the state of it

do not use e-go or the parent company hunter express, uncontactable by phone , do not respond to emails , DO NOT DELIVER , from brisbane to WARWICK , WAITING SEVEN DAYS , for a 23 kilo package total distance 170 ks .

Zero Stars would be more appropriate

Booked a pickup on line on a Thursday for the following Monday. Monday came and went. Tried to find a phone number and nothing. Send an email and got a reply sorry we missed your pickup we will book it in for Tuesday. Tuesday came and went so did Wed and Thursday and after 4 new unanswered messages. i used Pack and Send for only a few bucks more. Still haven't heard anything 6 days later. Will be ringing my credit card company to dispute. Probably a scam! ‍

shocking service! pick up was not communicate correctly, they have now taken my money and won't arrange another pick up. No way to contact them on their website only via email which doesn't get responded to

Extra charges from e-go after delivery

On 27mar24 I paid e-go (MX Enterprises) for a one off service for the delivery of two items from Gold Coast to South Melbourne. One item did not arrive in South Melbourne so my son queried it. Eventually it was found at a different depot. My son was abused by Hunter Transport for not picking up one of these items when it was their error. He had intended to only do one trip to collect both items as he lives 30Km away. Now we have been charged another $50 via Paypal without notice and without authority. How they managed to set up an automatic payment in my Paypal account has me puzzled. Now I have found heaps of negative reviews about this company putting extra charges through at a later date like I they did to me. I have complained to Paypal. This company should be banned from Paypal. Furthermore, their website lacks contact info

Absolutely the worst courier company in AUS! Took 2 weeks to get a package from Sydney to Newcastle!?? I can order stuff from china and get it to Newcastle faster! Awful customer service too!!!
