Extra charges from e-go after delivery

On 27mar24 I paid e-go (MX Enterprises) for a one off service for the delivery of two items from Gold Coast to South Melbourne. One item did not arrive in South Melbourne so my son queried it. Eventually it was found at a different depot. My son was abused by Hunter Transport for not picking up one of these items when it was their error. He had intended to only do one trip to collect both items as he lives 30Km away. Now we have been charged another $50 via Paypal without notice and without authority. How they managed to set up an automatic payment in my Paypal account has me puzzled. Now I have found heaps of negative reviews about this company putting extra charges through at a later date like I they did to me. I have complained to Paypal. This company should be banned from Paypal. Furthermore, their website lacks contact info
