Damaged my delivery labelled "fragile" by throwing the box on the porch. Extremeley poor customer service. Customer service doesn't reply for extended periods of time. Company refuses to pay insurance for broken tv - Why accept payment if you know TV's aren't covered? Never had such a bad experience with a delivery company. Look at all the reviews about this company.... do yourself a favour, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
