One star is one star too many.

One star is one star too many.After months of trying to get an answer from E-go, today they told me that missing deliveries need to be notified within 48 days.I first contacted them on day nine and was asked to be patient due to a back log caused by COVID. I stupidly waited patiently and then contacted again 4 weeks later. Numerous emails were exchanged where they continued to ask for my patience due to their depot being shut down. Again, stupidly I waited. Now, having pursued them repeatedly and being told they have updated their system, today they told me my enquiry is outside their 48 day limit.I want it to be very clear that I had ongoing contact with them from 9 days after they sent me the first of two dispatch notifications.Never in 35 years of business have I encountered such an unprofessional business.
