It seems to be a lottery. I have sent with them twice. The first time worked ok ... took a few weeks to go from Adelaide to Gold Coast, but give them some leeway for covid I guess.The second package was a disaster ... I sent two tea chests at the same time to the same place but they took 3 weeks to deliver the first one, then said they had lost the second one! Can you believe it. Their processes are crap, their customer service is crap, their systems and tracking is crap, and their parent company Hunter Express is crap also as they are the ones who lost the package. I mean, it's large, 1 cubic metre, so a bit hard to misplace! Check your pockets ... bungling incompetent no-hopers."We're sorry" was all I got out of them - of course I had to chase them even for that.
