Where to start...This happened during covid times, so I can forgive a slight delay. Paid express option for a package to be delivered from only 15km away in central Melbourne. After three days contacted e-go. No phone number. Asked where my package was. They didn't know and told me to contact the seller to see if they had picked it up. The seller let me know three days later (so six days after the initial pick up date) that the package had indeed been picked up.Two days later I left the house and noticed that it had been placed in front of the gate by the pavement / road. The packaging had been ripped open and the product (which must not get wet) had got wet. Luckily it was salvagable. The driver had not knocked. If you value your goods, never use e-go.
