The representative was fantastic. My package arrived damaged during delivery, and after I called around 4, I received an email by 5pm confirming they had sent out a replacement along with a complimentary liquid for me to try. It's important to note that the issue wasn't caused by the team. They have a great response team and were a pleasure to communicate with.
The delivery company failed to deliver my parcel due to internal issues and ended up sending parcel back to them. I contacted the company to see what the next steps were and not only did they reply promptly but also we're willing to redeliver a new parcel. Dont have anything bad to say about them. Previous times I have ordered there has been no issues and the deliveries always come in a timely manner
I accidentally published an incorrect 1 star review for this company instead of eliquid base. The customer service team immediately contacted me to try to resolve the situation. I spoke to Angel who was lovely will try this company next time . Apologies again excellent customer service
