John Lewis PARTNERSHIP PENSION TRUST own my property. Why do they use these charlatans to manage their freehold? It conflicts entirely with JL values of fairness and 'giving something back'. JL partners would be horrified to know this. We have owned our little flat for over a decade, paid our ground rent and service charge in full and in advance. We ask nothing of our freeholders and take care of our property, even the communal areas. E and M just lie, harass and extort. Every tenant regularly receives legal action threats to extort fake charges for 'permissions' for non existent pets. Our landlord get threats to ask for permission to rent to us, even though his lease does not require it. Have they even read the lease? Estares and management are the most unethical set of capitalists you could find. They make Sports Direct look like angels. Read the other reviews too....There is a theme!
