Lack of Response to Urgent Requests

Despite my numerous recent communications to the Freeholder regarding the need to replace the current property managers, I have not received any replies for months. The ongoing issues include: 1. Lack of clear communication channels, 2. Non-compliance with complaint procedures requiring timely responses, 3. Delays in providing audited financial records, 4. Inadequate maintenance of administrative records, 5. Insufficient notice for management meetings, 6. Untrained staff lacking respect for vulnerable homeowners, 7. Failure to process Section 20 Notices appropriately, 8. Risks to lessees from potential abuse, including tampering with internal communications, 9. Misleading information regarding lease age restrictions, and 10. Redefining our retirement block without proper care services. I am losing faith that my messages are reaching the Freeholder through the service, as they do not respond to my emails either.

If you ever plan to rent out your flat, be prepared for outrageous 'Consent' fees. These include a hefty transfer fee and an online registration charge that applies to each new tenant. It feels like a blatant rip-off.

FAILURE TO ADDRESS SERIOUS CONCERNS

Despite my numerous requests to the management regarding the replacement of the current property managers, I have received no replies for months. The service continues to lack transparency in communication, proper complaint handling, timely financial accounting, and the safeguarding of residents. There have been serious issues of criminal damage and miscommunication about lease terms, leaving me with no confidence that my concerns are being heard.

A Nightmare Experience

Unfortunately, giving zero stars isn't an option. The level of bullying from this company is unprecedented. They have taken my mother-in-law's inheritance and continue to demand more, despite her passing over two years ago. Selling her retirement property has been impossible, and the pressure on my husband, the executor, has taken a toll on his mental health. This company has made our lives a misery.
