E & M are attempting to force my company into making payments that aren't due under the terms of the lease. They have suspended the online account for payments so we can't pay the ground rent. They refused to take payment of the ground rent over the phone because the we have challenged and refused to pay the sublet fee which my solicitor and the corresponding management company (named on the lease) have BOTH confirmed is NOT payable. E & M have removed payment options and simply not replied to requests on how to pay the ground rent, nor had they informed us that they had suspended our account. DO NOT BE BULLIED INTO PAYING FEES THAT AREN'T DUE.CHECK IT OUT BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT.DON'T ACCEPT SHARP PRACTICES.
