I wish there was a zero star rating, these people would have got it from me! Dreadful people to deal with. Kept sending letters and demands in my late fathers name even though I had notified them of my father's death. Then threatened to take me to court for not stating I was subletting (which I wasn't). The property had been empty since my fathers death. On the sale of the property they were slow in responding to my solicitors, when they did respond they gave incorrect information and took ages to respond to emails. Which is not what you need when you are selling a property. I have ticked the box to inform E & M of my review. I don't think they even care! They don't even bother replying online there are so many depressing reviews. Even had the cheek to write to my solicitors (oh yes, they found time to be unhelpful) and told them to tell me not to call them! They quoted £695.00 to read a one page A4 Deed of Variation and sign it. Their fees are daylight robbery. When is the government going to step in and regulate this outfit? Look at the reviews on Trustpilot, downright disgraceful company.
