I rented a moped for a month, and after that period, they requested its return due to an expired MOT. I understand that this can happen, but then they were unable to collect the moped. I had to go there myself and waited three days for a replacement. The replacement was extremely slow; even a bicycle could overtake me at 25 miles per hour, while I needed to go 40 miles. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service.
