I subscribed to a delivery service because their website clearly promises a replacement moped if repairs exceed 48 hours. My moped has been out of service for much longer, and they refused to repair or replace it within the promised timeframe. This breaches their own service guarantee and the Consumer Rights Act. I am documenting everything for the relevant authorities and my bank. Anyone considering this service should know that the 48-hour guarantee was not upheld in my situation.
