I rented a moped for a month, and after that, they asked me to return it due to an expired MOT. I understand that these things can happen, but then they couldn't collect the moped. I had to go there myself and ended up waiting three days for a replacement. The replacement was very slow; even a bicycle could pass me at 25 miles per hour, while I needed to go 40 miles. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service.
