I’ve been using this service for some time, but after my second redemption—a gift card—I encountered issues. The item never arrived, and when I contacted the retailer, they couldn't resend it and issued a refund. Shortly after, my account was banned with claims of questionable activity and data quality. It feels like a bad joke. Since the retailer's mistake led to my ban, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I asked for clarification on the ban but received no response. Ultimately, I ended up without a new gift card and lost the original as well. It feels like I completed surveys for nothing.
