I have returned to e-Rewards after some time away. I was required to provide identification although I had been a member for several years. I provided that identification today. This is my first survey. I noticed the point value has significantly been reduced. I look forward to completing additional surveys and can make a more detailed review of my experience later.

I did e.rewards.com surveys for many years. Then suddenly when I had several hundred rewards points I was going to cash in, they suspended me permanently. They would not tell me the specific reason despite many requests. Stay away from e.rewards.com if you don’t want to waste your time.

I enjoy taking surveys and receiving rewards. Customer service via great and polite. Most of the time I get the full rewards after I contact them and let them know I did not get rewards.

The last few times I had problems I was told I did not qualify at the end of the survey even though the survey asked qualifying questions at beginning and end of survey.

I got 1 point less than I would have if There wax no glitch. I am thankful for the points but since I took entire survey I did not get full points.

They should make a rule that all qualification questions should be asked at beginning of the survey so that you don't take the survey if you do not qualify qualify.

This way everybody is happy!

E Rewards has been very easy to work with when I run into a problem. On occasion I do one of their surveys and towards the end of survey there's a glitch and I'm out of the survey and cannot finish it. I have dropped them a note explaining my problem and they have gotten back to me within a few days with my credit for completing most of the survey. No long period of times is wasted and it's done very professionally and with grace. Thank you E Rewards!

The questions were fairly easy to answer. Also the answers covered almost all of the possible outcomes. Not necessarily this survey but, many of them don't let me do them because of my qualifications. It would be nice if they kept a list of my qualifications so I don't have to start so many surveys and start over on another one.

Excellent method for earning gift card points

A fantastic way to accumulate points that can be exchanged for gift cards. The selection is modest but satisfactory. It's a fair value for sharing your opinions if you have some spare time. Additionally, there are bonus opportunities and special events that feature gameplay and signup incentives.

The rewards are appealing, though often challenging to obtain.

The rewards are appealing, though often challenging to obtain. Nonetheless, we appreciate receiving them. One aspect I find disagreeable is the issuance of a 1099 at year’s end. Due to recent changes, any amount exceeding a certain threshold is reported to the tax authorities. Given my age, background, and education level, I often find myself unable to complete many surveys. My military experience alone could have qualified me for an associate degree.

Frustrating Experience with the Service

I’ve been using this service for some time, but after my second redemption—a gift card—I encountered issues. The item never arrived, and when I contacted the retailer, they couldn't resend it and issued a refund. Shortly after, my account was banned with claims of questionable activity and data quality. It feels like a bad joke. Since the retailer's mistake led to my ban, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I asked for clarification on the ban but received no response. Ultimately, I ended up without a new gift card and lost the original as well. It feels like I completed surveys for nothing.

Overall, very satisfied with this survey service.

Overall, very satisfied with this survey service. I do wish I could qualify for additional surveys. Unfortunately, my age (77), being white, and only having a high school education seem to limit my opportunities. It’s disappointing that my 24 years of military service and nearly 20 years as a deputy sheriff and civilian investigator with the same agency don't seem to matter.
