E Rewards has been very easy to work with when I run into a problem. On occasion I do one of their surveys and towards the end of survey there's a glitch and I'm out of the survey and cannot finish it. I have dropped them a note explaining my problem and they have gotten back to me within a few days with my credit for completing most of the survey.
